Moving Accounts Between Workspaces

Moving accounts between workspaces

You can move a connected social account to another workspace, for example to split a creator’s explicit accounts into their own workspace. Everything that belongs to the account goes with it, and nothing has to be reconnected.

How to move an account

  1. Open your Hub.
  2. On the workspace the account is in now, click Move.
  3. Tick the accounts you want to move and choose the workspace to move them to.
  4. Click Review move. You’ll see exactly what will move before anything changes.
  5. Click Move to confirm. Most moves finish in under a minute, and you can close the window while it runs.

What moves with the account

  • Posts: everything ever posted or scheduled to the account, including drafts and failed posts. Scheduled posts still go out at the same time, now from the new workspace.
  • Media: every photo and video used in those posts, with their compliance results.
  • Statistics: followers, analytics and post history.
  • Post tags used on those posts.
  • Your saved Telegram buttons and OnlyFans link, if the new workspace doesn’t have its own yet.

Posts that also went to other accounts

If a post went to the account you’re moving and to accounts that are staying, it’s split in two. A copy goes to the new workspace for the moved account, and the original stays where it was for the others. Media used by both is copied, so it stays in both media libraries.

What doesn’t move

  • Team members. Anyone who needs the moved accounts must be a member of the new workspace. Add them from Team on the Hub.
  • Posting schedule, hashtag groups, templates and Scout competitors stay with the old workspace.

Who can move accounts

The plan owner and Hub admins can move accounts, between workspaces on the same plan only.

A move can’t start while one of the account’s posts is publishing or due to go out in the next 15 minutes. Wait for it to go out and try again.
