Keeping your account secure

If you think someone else has access to your account

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right and choose Profile.
  2. Under Update Password, set a new password. This logs you out of every other device. The device you are using stays logged in.
  3. Turn on Two-Factor Authentication in the same page if it is not on already.
  4. Check Access Tokens and delete any token you don't recognise. Logging out does not affect tokens.

Log out of all other devices

On your Profile page, the Other devices section has a Log out of all other devices button. It signs you out everywhere except the device you are using, without changing your password. You will be asked for your password first.

Anyone logged out this way needs your password to get back in, plus your 2FA code if two-factor authentication is on.

Turning on two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication asks for a code from an authenticator app each time you log in. Devices that are already logged in when you turn it on stay logged in. After you confirm your code, you can Log out of all other devices straight away, so every device has to sign in again with a code.

Forgot your password?

Resetting your password from the login page logs you out of every device. Sign in again with your new password.

If you still think your account is compromised, contact support and we can log you out of every device for you.
