Overview
The analytics dashboard shows your social media performance across all connected platforms in one place.
What You Can Track
- Followers — Follower growth across all platforms over time
- Engagement — Likes, comments, and shares aggregated
- Reach & Views — How many people saw your content
- Per-Tag Performance — See which content tags drive the best results
- Tags on every post — the Posts list has a Tags column, so you can see at a glance which tag each video belongs to
- Best Posting Times — Discover when your audience is most active
- Trial reels vs everything else — for Instagram accounts that post trial reels, see how they perform on their own
Trial Reels (Instagram)
A trial reel is shown to people who do not follow you, so its numbers are a different claim from an ordinary post’s. Mixing the two together hides both.
If an Instagram account has published trial reels, a Content filter appears at the top of the dashboard with three choices:
- All — everything, exactly as before. This is the default.
- Trial reels — only posts Instagram confirmed as trial reels.
- Everything else — all your other content: photos, carousels, ordinary reels, and anything you posted straight from the Instagram app rather than through Autoposter.
The filter carries through the stat cards, the trend chart, Top Posts, Best Times and per-tag performance, so the whole screen answers the same question.
Two things worth knowing
“Everything else” is a mixed bag on purpose. It is not “ordinary reels” — it also holds photos and carousels, which naturally get fewer views than video. So trial reels will often look better than everything else partly because of what is in the other group, not only because they were trials.
Followers and Reach do not change. Instagram reports both for your account as a whole rather than post by post, so there is no trial-only version of them. Followers stays marked Account-wide, and Reach shows a dash while the filter is on.
Only posts Instagram actually accepted as trial reels are counted. If your daily trial-reel allowance was used up and a post went out as an ordinary reel instead, it counts as “everything else” — which is what it became.

How Data Works
Analytics data is imported automatically on a regular schedule. When you first connect an account, historical data is pulled in. After that, new data is fetched continuously in the background.
