What You Need
- A TikTok account
Share Types
Depending on your plan, TikTok may offer two share modes:
- Inbox — Videos are sent to your TikTok inbox for you to review and publish from the TikTok app. Quick and simple.
- Direct Post — Videos are published directly to your TikTok profile without any extra steps.
How to Connect
- Go to your workspace and click Accounts in the sidebar
- Click the + button and select TikTok
- You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize the connection
- Grant the requested permissions
- You'll be redirected back with your TikTok account connected
Connecting more than one creator
If you manage several creators, sign out of TikTok between each one. TikTok authorises whichever account is currently signed in on tiktok.com — not the one you meant to connect — so if you are still signed in as the first creator when you start the second, TikTok quietly re-authorises the first. The second never connects, and the first one’s connection is reset.
Connecting one, then the next, then the first again is what makes it feel like the two keep knocking each other offline.
- Connect the first creator
- Go to tiktok.com and sign out — or use a private/incognito window for each creator
- Connect the next creator
Publishing to TikTok
- TikTok requires at least one video per post (image-only posts are not supported)
- In Direct Post mode, you can set privacy level, and disable comments/duets/stitch
- Caption limit: 2,200 characters
Troubleshooting
- "Video not selected" — TikTok requires a video. Make sure to add a video to your post.
- "Content disclosure required" — Some content types require disclosure settings when using Direct Post mode.
- Can't see TikTok in the account list? — TikTok may not be available on your current plan, or it hasn't been enabled yet. Contact support if you need help.
- Connecting one creator disconnects another — you were still signed in to TikTok as the first creator. See Connecting more than one creator above: sign out of tiktok.com, or use a private window, between each one.
