Cancelling your plan
Cancel any time from Billing in your workspace. You won’t be charged again after you cancel.
If your last payment went through
You keep full access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. After that, your plan ends and nothing more is charged. There are no refunds for the part of the month that’s left.
If your last payment failed
When your card is declined we retry it for a few days. If you cancel during that time, we stop the retries and wipe the unpaid bill. Your plan ends straight away, because that month was never paid for, and you won’t be charged for it.
Changing your mind
If you cancelled after a successful payment, you can resume from Billing any time before the end of the month. If your plan has already ended, just subscribe again.
